Mr. BERTIER Bruno, First Deputy Mayor and Vice President of the Community of Laval Agglomeration, Mrs. Christine DROGUET, Deputy of Intergenerational Early Childhood and Elderly and Mr. Chan Raymond Loïc, General Manager of Paris Classical Architecture, were present on September 13, 2022 to pass the first the symbolic stone of the project with Vianney Troadec, director of operations of Villa Beausoleil – Steva.
Located in the heart of the city, a 10-minute walk from the Old Castle, the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity and Mayenne, Villa Beausoleil will open the doors of its 127 apartments and its 1000 m² of common areas completely decorated on the theme of Douanier Rousseau, a painter from Laval.
At the end of 2023, this new residence for the elderly in Beausoleil will offer the city’s elderly a bubble of peace through its many facilities (restaurant, salons, creative workshop, swimming pool, cinema, fitness, etc.), and its team is present 24 hours a day. .
Well-being and support will be marked by the daily life of the residents of Ville Beausoleil, as well as the residents of Laval!
